I. Demand Communication and Solution Confirmation


Demand Focus: Prioritize in-depth communication with customer needs, provide professional advice and product optimization solutions, and the design team will provide full support (optional).


Proofing and Mold Opening:


Free basic proofing (standard products) as required


Customized products require mold opening: the customer bears the mold fee, and the fee can be refunded if the order volume meets the standard (for example: 50% refund for 5,000 pieces, full refund for 10,000 pieces).


II. Contract Signing and Production Startup


Confirmation of Cooperation: After both parties confirm the design drawings/samples, sign the contract and pay the deposit/advance payment.


Production Cycle: Starting from the completion of mold acceptance, ensure delivery within 45 days.


III. Delivery Guarantee


Full-process Quality Control: Triple Quality Inspection from Raw Materials to Factory Delivery


Overdue Compensation: If the delivery is overdue, 0.5% of the contract amount will be paid daily (except for force majeure).
